Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests warmly, applying deep product knowledge to guide selection and build trust.
  • Deliver personalised styling and complete-look recommendations; propose add-ons to increase basket size.
  • Employ creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products into customers’ wardrobes.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, relationship-building and effective closing; meet or exceed store targets.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual standards.
  • Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives; use social media awareness to engage customers.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with the store team.
  • Perform physical retail tasks as required, including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications
