Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warm, confident service while demonstrating detailed product knowledge.
- Act as a trusted stylist: assess customer needs, provide personalised outfit and accessory recommendations, and create cohesive looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and encourage exploration of multiple ways to wear products.
- Execute omnichannel customer interactions, including virtual selling and social outreach when applicable.
- Maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions, merchandising, and inventory organization.
- Support a seamless checkout experience and follow-up to reinforce customer choices and long‑term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Comfort with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques; social media awareness and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a sales floor and stockroom environment.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrable experience in selling, styling or client-facing roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in retail, visual merchandising or fashion styling is a plus.
