Kate Spade New York in Sevierville, TN is hiring a part-time Retail Stylist at Tanger Outlets Sevierville to deliver styling, sales and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to drive incremental sales.
- Use storytelling and consultative selling to guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout via POS.
- Operate omni-channel and virtual selling tools; engage customers via social media and in-store experiences.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and visual presentation.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak trading times, holidays and special events; perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role; experience in styling or fashion retail preferred.
- Comfortable with omni-channel sales and using POS systems; social media awareness and willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales or styling environment is required; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver personalised customer service is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
