Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident guest interactions and act as a trusted style advisor to create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and personalized recommendations; suggest add-ons and alternative ways to wear pieces to increase basket size.
- Manage transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory replenishment and visual merchandising of the sales floor.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and engage customers via social media when appropriate.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak periods, weekends, evenings and holidays; perform physical tasks including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
- English proficiency for the U.S. market.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending and maneuvering on the sales floor.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.

Previous retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
