Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, establish rapport and demonstrate expert product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalized styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into customers' wardrobes.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and suggestive selling of complementary items.
- Operate POS systems and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining operational standards on the sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, assist with inventory processes and handle merchandise replenishment.
- Employ omnichannel and virtual selling techniques; engage customers via social media and digital touchpoints when required.
- Deliver exceptional aftercare to reinforce customer choices and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Comfort with omnichannel retailing and a willingness to learn virtual selling tools and social media engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience with proven sales performance; demonstrable consultative selling or styling experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
