Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and build rapport through warm, confident engagement; demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide bespoke styling advice, creating complete looks and suggesting relevant add‑ons.
- Use creativity to present multiple ways to wear and combine products, encouraging exploration of new styles.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections; guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions and inventory organization.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives including virtual consultations and social media engagement when required.
- Reinforce customer choices to cultivate loyalty and invite repeat visits; participate in store readiness during peak seasons and promotions.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in styling or fashion advisement preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high‑traffic retail days.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates with hands‑on styling, visual merchandising or high‑volume sales experience will be advantaged.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework or retail/fashion certifications preferred but not required.
