Kate Spade New York in Lutz, FL seeks a Part-time Retail Stylist at Tampa Premium Outlets to provide styling, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with a confident, service-oriented presence while demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Act as a trusted style advisor: listen to customer needs, create cohesive looks, recommend add-ons and communicate styling possibilities.
- Drive sales through relationship-building, storytelling and upsell techniques across categories.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and merchandise presentation.
- Employ omni-channel and virtual selling capabilities and support social media-driven customer engagement when required.
- Work a flexible retail schedule — including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays — and perform physical tasks such as lifting and merchandise handling.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail, customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail, customer-facing sales role is required; demonstrable track record of delivering customer service and meeting sales objectives is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
