Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations that help customers discover and articulate their individual look while integrating Kate Spade product into their wardrobe.
- Greet and engage guests warmly, ask insightful questions to identify needs, and use storytelling to drive conversion and basket growth.
- Create complete looks and suggest add-ons; demonstrate multiple ways to wear products to inspire exploration of new styles.
- Execute accurate POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, inventory organisation and replenishment.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with colleagues to achieve store sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with social media and openness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency, as required by market).

Experience
Previous retail or boutique experience is required; demonstrable selling experience and comfort delivering personalised styling and achieving sales targets are preferred. Experience with omnichannel selling and virtual client engagement is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
