Kate Spade New York is hiring a part‑time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) in Livermore, CA at San Francisco Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and build rapport using expert product knowledge to inspire purchase decisions.
- Deliver personalised styling consultations — create complete looks, recommend add‑ons and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and a high level of customer engagement; invite repeat visits.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions and maintain operational standards including stockroom organization and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques and support store initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Comfortable with social media and willing to learn omni/virtual selling methods.
Skills
Experience
Prior customer‑facing retail experience is required; experience in fashion or accessories and a track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
