Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Stylist in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets). Part-time role; hourly pay $15.00–$24.25.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and establish rapport; demonstrate confident product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to curate complete looks, suggest complementary items and translate customer preferences into purchases.
- Use creative merchandising and storytelling to present multiple ways to wear products and inspire exploration of the collection.
- Drive sales through relationship-building, active listening and tailored recommendations; ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory handling and accurate POS transactions.
- Participate in omni-channel and virtual selling activities as required and support social media/brand initiatives in-store.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in styling or luxury/apparel retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; candidates with styling experience or a background in luxury/apparel retail are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or vocational training in fashion, merchandising or retail preferred.
