Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to create complete looks, suggest add-ons and translate brand DNA into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling, relationship-building and personalised recommendations.
- Operate POS and ensure a smooth, accurate checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory handling and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling practices; engage customers via social media and digital touchpoints as required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with store colleagues.
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; safely lift and move merchandise as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate within a team environment.
- Comfort with social media and a willingness to develop omni‑channel/virtual selling capabilities.
- English proficiency (or proficiency in the local market language).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience delivering personalized styling or measurable sales results is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
