Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and act as a trusted style advisor to discover and refine customers’ personal looks.
- Provide tailored styling recommendations, assemble complete outfits, and suggest complementary add-ons to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge across categories, and strong customer follow-up.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage checkout flow to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organization, inventory replenishment, visual presentation, and loss-prevention practices.
- Adapt selling techniques to omni-channel and virtual environments, including social media engagement and remote clienteling.
- Perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including routine lifting (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
