Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Kate Spade categories.
• Conduct needs-based discovery through active listening and insightful questions to curate personalised looks.
• Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items and assemble complete outfits to increase basket size.
• Deliver seamless transactions and checkout experiences using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization.
• Drive sales results through storytelling, clienteling and follow-up that encourage repeat visitation.
• Adapt to omni-channel selling opportunities including virtual selling and social platforms.
• Work a flexible schedule to support peak trading periods, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel).

Qualifications

• Professional selling ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Comfort with multitasking, prioritisation and collaborative team environments.
• Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and high-traffic retail days.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre stock as specified (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Skills

Experience

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; experience in styling or fashion retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; retail, fashion or customer-service vocational training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
