Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating strong product knowledge across categories.
• Conduct discovery conversations and actively listen to understand clients’ aesthetic, lifestyle and purchase intent.
• Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
• Demonstrate creative ways to wear and combine product to inspire repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout via POS.
• Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, replenishment and visual presentation of merchandise.
• Drive sales results through storytelling and sustained customer engagement; meet or exceed store performance targets.
• Accept and give constructive feedback; collaborate with colleagues to raise service standards.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrable success in customer-facing sales preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and operate effectively within a team.
• Comfortable with social media and willing to develop omni/virtual selling skills.
• Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and manoeuvre on the sales floor.

Skills

Experience

Prior retail sales experience is required; experience providing personalised styling or personal-shopping services is advantageous. Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
