Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Hagerstown, MD (Hagerstown Premium Outlets).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations to customers, creating complete looks and suggesting complementary products.
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport, ask insightful questions to identify needs, and guide purchase decisions to a seamless close.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and proactive client engagement across categories.
- Execute omni-channel selling and virtual/remote customer interactions as required; maintain social media awareness to support outreach.
- Maintain operational standards including POS transactions, stockroom organisation, merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform light to moderate physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or accessory categories.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Prior retail experience required; demonstrable selling experience and experience providing personalised styling or advisory service preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion, visual merchandising or styling coursework desirable.

The successful candidate will be located in Hagerstown, Maryland, USA, with easy access to Washington, D.C..
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
