Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, build rapport and assess their aesthetic and lifestyle needs through attentive listening and targeted questions.
• Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate handbags, accessories and apparel to drive add‑on sales.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and use storytelling to connect product attributes to customer needs.
• Execute omni‑channel selling, including virtual consultations and social media engagement, to extend the in‑store experience.
• Maintain operational standards: POS transactions, stockroom organisation, visual presentation and accurate merchandising.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout and post‑purchase experience that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, seasonal peaks and public holidays.

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable track record in customer‑facing sales, styling or client advisory roles is preferred. Experience using POS systems and supporting omni‑channel sales initiatives is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.
