Kate Spade New York in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (Associate III) for styling and sales at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating expert product knowledge across categories.
- Listen actively to discover customer needs and provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest complementary items and encourage exploration of new styles.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Manage POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, replenish merchandise and assist with inventory processes.
- Embrace omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, engaging customers across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays as required.
- Perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier loads (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably with demonstrated sales results.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency where applicable).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling).
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment with demonstrated customer service and sales capability is required. Experience applying styling techniques and engaging customers across both in-store and digital channels is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or visual merchandising training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
