Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised styling consultations that uncover customer needs and create cohesive looks using Kate Spade product across categories.
• Engage guests with warm, confident service; build rapport through active listening and tailored recommendations to drive conversion and average transaction value.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and storytelling to position product attributes, suggest add-ons and present multiple ways to wear items.
• Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
• Support omnichannel selling initiatives (virtual appointments, social commerce) and adapt styling to both in-store and digital customer journeys.
• Contribute to a feedback culture by giving and receiving constructive insights; collaborate closely with store team to meet sales and service objectives.
• Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment; styling or personal-shopping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team during high-traffic periods.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or proficiency in the local language for the market).
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail seasons.

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; demonstrated selling performance and customer engagement. Experience in styling, personal shopping, or luxury retail is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, visual merchandising, or retail sales is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
