Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and deliver personalised styling advice that integrates Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
• Create complete looks, suggest add-ons and demonstrate multiple ways to wear merchandise to inspire purchase and repeat visits.
• Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer engagement while meeting individual and store targets.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions and inventory organisation.
• Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; engage customers via social media and in-store digital tools when appropriate.
• Ensure a smooth checkout experience and reinforce customer choices to encourage loyalty and return visits.
• Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting and moving merchandise and maintaining presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment with face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre across the sales floor and stockroom.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Experience

Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role is required; demonstrated ability to sell through styling and maintain operational responsibilities (POS, stockroom) is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
