Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build rapport while demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and offer personalised styling advice to create complete looks and suggest complementary items.
• Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and inspire customers to explore new styles.
• Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer engagement; close transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence including POS transactions, stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
• Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and support social media/brand engagement when required.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and store goals.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
• Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift ~25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail sales environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
• Ability to perform physical duties required for retail operations (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Skills

Experience

Prior retail sales experience is required; demonstrable selling skills and a track record of delivering customer-focused results preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
