Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Concord, NC (Concord Mills) to deliver personalised styling, sales and omni-channel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and establish rapport; demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling consultations, build complete looks and recommend complementary items to enhance sales.
- Listen actively to customer needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions to ensure a seamless transaction.
- Execute point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and maintain operational standards on the sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, assist with merchandising and present product in creative, on-brand ways.
- Support omni-channel selling initiatives including virtual appointments and social media-driven outreach.
- Reinforce customer relationships and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Comfort with omni-channel retail tools and willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform sales-floor tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
Demonstrable retail experience with a track record of customer-facing selling; previous styling or fashion merchandising exposure is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or visual merchandising training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
