Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build immediate rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
• Conduct attentive needs assessment through active listening and insightful questioning to curate personalized looks.
• Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items and assemble complete outfits to increase basket size.
• Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products, using creativity to inspire customers to explore new styles.
• Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout experience using POS systems.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandise organization and replenishment.
• Drive sales results through compelling storytelling and sustained clienteling efforts; invite repeat visits.
• Participate in feedback exchanges and collaborate constructively with colleagues to meet store objectives.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, high-traffic days and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment demonstrating customer-facing sales performance.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to bend, climb and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
• English proficiency required for the U.S. market.

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable professional selling experience and a history of delivering excellent customer service are expected. Experience with omnichannel selling or virtual client interactions is desired.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a retail/visual merchandising certificate is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
