Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and demonstrate expert product knowledge across categories.
- Actively listen and ask probing questions to identify client needs and personal style preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks, and recommend add-on items to drive AOV.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers and encourage exploration of new styles.
- Execute sales transactions accurately at the POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual standards and operational excellence: organise stockroom, replenish floor merchandise, and assist with merchandising.
- Adopt omnichannel selling practices, including virtual selling and social media engagement, to support customer outreach.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- English language proficiency for the U.S. market.
- Able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable bending, climbing and moving throughout sales floor and stockroom.
