Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations to customers, building complete looks and recommending add-ons to increase basket value.
- Greet guests warmly, actively listen to needs, and translate customer insight into relevant product recommendations.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge across categories and articulate key product attributes and storytelling.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Use creativity and visual techniques to showcase multiple ways to wear products and inspire repeat visits.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives, including virtual selling and social media-driven client engagement.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in styling, accessories, or luxury apparel is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfort with omnichannel/virtual selling techniques and basic social media use for client engagement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in styling or luxury/accessories retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising, or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
