Kate Spade New York Retail Stylist — part-time temporary role at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, Cabazon, CA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and deliver a personalised styling experience that aligns products to customer aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest add-ons, and assemble complete looks that encourage multi-category purchases.
- Drive sales through storytelling, consultative selling and deep product knowledge across categories.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and promote return visits.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling activities as required by the store.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Awareness of social media and willingness to learn omni-channel / virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
