Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand customers’ aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs, proposing complementary pieces to create cohesive looks.
- Deliver styling advice and personalized outfit compositions that encourage add‑on sales and repeat visits.
- Translate brand story into compelling customer narratives to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions and maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory handling, and visual presentation.
- Employ omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques, incorporating social media familiarity when engaging customers.
- Maintain physical standards of the sales floor; safely lift and maneuver merchandise as required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to support continual team performance and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing sales experience; styling or personal shopping experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable adopting omni‑channel retail tools and basic social media engagement for client outreach.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in retail or other customer‑facing sales roles is required; demonstrable styling, visual merchandising or personal‑shopping experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
