Kate Spade New York in Aurora, OH is hiring a part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct needs-based conversations, actively listen and ask probing questions to uncover customer lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest add-on items to increase basket value.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade pieces to inspire customers and drive discovery.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout via POS.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising and inventory organisation.
- Celebrate customer choices to foster loyalty and invite return visits.
- Participate in omni-channel selling initiatives and adopt virtual selling techniques and social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritising and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrated history of meeting sales goals or delivering high-quality customer service is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Aurora, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
