Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (Associate III) in Allen, TX to deliver styling-led sales and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and apply strong product knowledge to guide purchases.
- Deliver personalized styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and close transactions to meet store targets.
- Operate POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain operational excellence: organize the sales floor and stockroom, replenish inventory and support merchandising standards.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to engage customers across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Uphold brand standards in client service and invite customers to return, reinforcing long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated customer-facing results.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; demonstrated selling proficiency and a track record of building customer relationships are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion, retail or styling is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
