Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate customer needs and provide personalised assistance.
• Operate point-of-sale accurately, manage cash/media and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process, and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
• Manage stock levels and floor replenishment; execute visual merchandising updates and promotional floor moves.
• Support sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests; suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing customer information when permitted.
• Maintain housekeeping and loss-prevention standards to protect inventory and ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and basic internet applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a sales-floor and stockroom environment.

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience (cashiering, stock or sales). Prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of relevant education and retail experience acceptable.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
