Coach seeks a Sales Associate at Zhongshan Haiya Outlet, Zhongshan, China. Deliver luxury service, drive sales and use mobile POS and clienteling tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy, professionalism and responsiveness to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising to uphold store presentation standards.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and in accordance with POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based store environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and performing cash handling duties; familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and ability to read price/release sheets; comfortable using walkie-talkies for store communication.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail exposure and experience with social-selling or live-stream demonstrations is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; vocational or formal training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China — conveniently close to Guangzhou.
