Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Richmond, BC (part-time) to deliver luxury retail, omni‑channel selling and personalized client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to generate repeat business.
  • Drive individual and store sales via cross-selling, upselling and curated recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video to capture client data and convert online and in-store interactions.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap management, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards—cleanliness, organization, accurate merchandising and adherence to asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles, visual merchandising and store initiatives; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand training and inclusion activities.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating store traffic and business needs while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic retail technology (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); able to read price/release sheets.
  • Comfortable using walkie‑talkies and supporting inventory/merchandising processes; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience and proven sales performance are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study or relevant retail/merchandising coursework advantageous. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
