Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Retail Sales Consultant in Dalian to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales at its Pavilion Shopping Center boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-standard customer service and personalized client experiences at the Coach boutique.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling and clienteling.
- Perform daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, stock handling and housekeeping to brand presentation standards.
- Maintain strong, professional communication with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to support seamless retail operations.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge across Coach handbags, leather goods and accessories to advise clients confidently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years' experience in retail or luxury sales.
- Professional, polite and proactive demeanour with demonstrated selling aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.

At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
Education
Associate degree or equivalent (专科及以上).
