Coach is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Beijing (Chaoyang Hopson One). Deliver luxury client service and drive sales for Coach in Beijing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach‑standard customer service and create a personalised client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations including cash handling, stock replenishment, merchandising and visual standards.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections.
- Ensure effective communication with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to support store initiatives.
- Support loss‑prevention procedures and uphold store presentation, housekeeping and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury brand sales experience.
- Polite, proactive and commercially driven with proven selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with store colleagues and management.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail sales or within the luxury/fashion sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and client relationship management.
Education
Associate degree (专科) or higher.
