Coach Retail Sales Associate in Zhengzhou (Zhengzhou East MixC): join Coach to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through one-to-one styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture client data, manage transactions and support omni-channel fulfilment (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Employ social selling tactics including short-form video and live-stream demos to acquire and retain clients.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom management.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple clients concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Follow store policies for asset protection, POS operation and loss-prevention; keep selling and back-of-house areas clean and organised.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and team-oriented store projects; provide peer support across functional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and to develop/manage personal client plans.
- Operational proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie-talkies.
- Familiarity with social selling, clienteling and data-acquisition techniques; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is an advantage.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to remain calm, professional and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail, omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream commerce is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.
