Coach in Tilton, New Hampshire seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans and employing cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and support omni‑channel sales.
- Leverage social selling and short‑form video or live‑stream demonstrations to increase engagement and convert prospects.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset‑protection guidelines while supporting inventory cycles and loss‑prevention efforts.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust‑based, high‑energy store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience, with prior luxury retail exposure preferred; demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs and experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
