Confidential luxury fashion house in Paris seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience across in-store touchpoints, including welcoming, styling, and aftercare.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, product knowledge and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines at all times.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Record and update client information in the CRM, schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the store team to execute brand initiatives, events and seasonal floor moves.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail (preferred 1–3 years for entry-level roles).
  • Excellent verbal presentation and interpersonal skills, with a client-first orientation.
  • Confident numeracy and experience operating POS systems.
  • Ability to uphold rigorous visual and service standards under pressure.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
