Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Execute clienteling activities, including follow-ups, appointments, and CRM record maintenance to drive sales and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Support store visual merchandising standards and floor moves to ensure inspiring presentation and on-brand experiences.
- Manage daily store tasks including inventory control, stock replenishment, POS transactions and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, client-focused service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong sales orientation with experience hitting individual targets and contributing to team goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; discretion and professionalism in client interactions.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of customer-facing experience in luxury or premium retail; a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and building repeat clientele is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, business, or fashion is a plus but not required.
