Coach seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets) to deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards at all times.
  • Provide tailored styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and personalized recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and maintain POS accuracy.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, perform inventory processing and maintain sales-floor presentation.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and fully stocked.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; adapt to feedback and maintain professional composure.
  • Perform physical duties as required: regularly lift ~25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend and maneuver throughout the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and mobile POS; familiarity with iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkie communications.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Social-media savvy with experience or willingness to perform live-stream shopping, product video demos, and social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise (regularly ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical retail tasks.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; luxury or premium retail experience preferred. Experience with POS operation, clienteling/data acquisition and social selling or live-streaming is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is a plus. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
