Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Lee, Massachusetts. Deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel selling for Coach (Tapestry).
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalized shopping experiences through expert styling, product knowledge and relationship building to drive client loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan and actively source, follow up with and close new customers.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business priorities.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized, stocked and compliant with asset-protection procedures.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad, laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data acquisition capabilities.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments and have omni-channel selling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
