Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Gretna, NE — part‑time retail role at Nebraska Crossing Outlets delivering luxury service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining high service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement between floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas when needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to business needs.
- Sustain a professional, calm demeanour on the sales floor and perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems; familiarity with mobile POS, iPad and basic laptop applications.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, close sales and meet measurable sales targets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy and preferred experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video selling, clienteling and data acquisition.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical capacity to perform retail duties: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least one year of customer‑facing sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred and will be counted strongly toward candidature.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Gretna, Nebraska, USA, with easy access to Omaha.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
