Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Calgary, Alberta (Chinook Centre). Temporary role delivering personalised luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions to sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to store KPIs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omnichannel fulfilment.
- Receive and process shipments, stock merchandise, and participate in inventory cycles.
- Maintain a tidy, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven comfort with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS systems.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy, with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with preference for prior luxury or premium retail experience. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
