Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; handle cash and transaction media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and interstore transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, secure stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
• Promote add‑on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand advocacy and social engagement.
• Support sales floor activities and partner with sales associates and management to resolve customer requests and drive conversion.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures to protect inventory and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales)—luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash register systems; proficiency using iPad, Mobile POS and laptop-based tools; ability to operate a walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skill and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience

At least 1+ year of retail experience including cashier or stock responsibilities; prior luxury retail or branded retail experience preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
