Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Retail Operations Intern in Seoul to support retail analytics, store operations and project work at the Korea corporate office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail operations team at the Seoul corporate office by preparing and maintaining regular performance reports and dashboards on store KPIs.
- Analyse sales, inventory and customer data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with store teams and regional stakeholders to implement process changes, merchandising updates and inventory reconciliations.
- Assist in planning and executing pilot projects, roll-outs and training initiatives across retail locations.
- Prepare presentations and materials for leadership reviews and cross-functional meetings; perform ad-hoc research and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build clear reports and visualisations.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to interact with store teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adaptability, eagerness to learn, and capacity to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Experience
Internship or part-time experience in retail, operations or corporate support is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate relevant coursework, project work, or prior internship exposure to retail operations or analytics.
Education
Current enrolment in a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
