Tapestry (Coach) is hiring a Retail Operations Intern in Seoul — full-time internship supporting store operations, inventory and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store and retail operations activities including stock replenishment, back-of-house organisation and store-ready merchandising.
- Assist with inventory control processes, stocktakes and basic reconciliation tasks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to visual merchandising set-ups and execution of seasonal floor moves according to brand guidelines.
- Prepare basic operational and sales reports; gather and summarise data to inform store performance discussions.
- Coordinate with store teams and regional offices to support training, project rollouts and standards compliance.
- Provide customer-facing support when required, delivering a high standard of service consistent with brand expectations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, supplier communication, and maintenance of operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in business, fashion, retail management or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset and professional presentation appropriate to a premium luxury brand.
- Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment; willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous retail, customer service, or merchandising experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Internship-level role; suitable for candidates with limited professional experience. Prior exposure to retail or customer service environments is preferred but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate studies in business, fashion, retail management or a related discipline.
