Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day retail operations activities across the regional store network, acting as the primary liaison between stores and corporate teams.
  • Manage and reconcile inventory processes including stock allocations, transfers, shrinkage tracking and stocktake support.
  • Prepare, consolidate and distribute regular retail performance and inventory reports to commercial and operations stakeholders.
  • Support execution of store openings, relocations and closures by coordinating logistics, fixtures, sample flows and compliance with brand standards.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to operational policies, visual merchandising directives and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, logistics, finance, visual merchandising) to resolve operational exceptions and support promotional roll-outs.
  • Coordinate scheduling of training, store visits and operational audits; follow up on corrective action items and escalation points.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, supply chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail operations, store support or a similar coordination role; experience in fashion/leather luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to produce and interpret sales and inventory reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment.

Experience
