Retail Operations Assistant Manager at Kate Spade New York, Sydney. Support ANZ store operations, vendor coordination, and project management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of operational initiatives across the ANZ store network, partnering with Store Managers to drive consistency and best practice
- Act as primary point of contact for maintenance providers, landlords, contractors, and vendors, coordinating repairs and monitoring performance against service levels
- Provide day-to-day operational support and guidance to store teams, partnering with internal stakeholders across Retail, HR, Finance, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Loss Prevention
- Maintain operational trackers, reporting dashboards, and project timelines; analyse operational data to support business decisions
- Assist with store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and operational projects; coordinate retail operational processes, policies, and updates
- Support coordination of operational supplies, store equipment, uniforms, and communications; manage service requests and budget tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or similar retail environment
- Proven experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

3+ years in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or equivalent retail environment; experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers; experience supporting multi-site retail operations highly regarded
