Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Marketing and Operations Coordinator in New York, NY to support in‑store campaigns, retail logistics and cross‑functional execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of retail marketing initiatives and in‑store campaigns across domestic stores and wholesale partners.
- Coordinate production, distribution and installation of POS, visual merchandising collateral and promotional assets; manage timelines with vendors and stores.
- Serve as a primary liaison between retail operations, merchandising, creative and store leadership to ensure consistent brand presentation and campaign compliance.
- Manage logistics for store events, sample flows and product launches, including shipment tracking, vendor communication and on‑site support coordination.
- Track campaign performance and retail KPIs; prepare regular sales and activity reports and actionable insights for retail and marketing stakeholders.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice reconciliation related to retail marketing programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail marketing, store operations, or a related role — preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and strict timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
- High attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach to problem solving.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience supporting retail marketing or store operations, ideally within fashion, accessories, or luxury retail; experience coordinating cross‑functional projects and managing retail rollouts required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
