Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue through proactive selling and client development.
- Deliver exemplary customer service that reflects the Kate Spade brand philosophy and lifestyle.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling, and use of the client book.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories and communicate brand aesthetics to customers.
- Execute daily operational tasks including accurate POS transaction processing, cash handling, and reconciliation.
- Adhere to and implement visual merchandising directives and store standards to ensure a compelling retail environment.
- Act as Keyholder: open and close the store, assume responsibility for store security, safe and cash procedures, and lead the team in the manager’s absence.
- Support inventory activities, stock replenishment and basic merchandising; collaborate with the team to meet operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven retail selling ability with professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in cash handling, POS operation and basic store administration.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise under pressure and work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability including weekends and seasonal peaks; reliable and punctual.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience and previous keyholder or supervisory responsibilities are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
