Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure retail stores comply with company operational standards, policies and procedures across incentives, rostering, petty cash and timekeeping.
  • Manage monthly target allocation and administer incentive payouts for retail staff; reconcile incentive and petty cash claims.
  • Consolidate and maintain monthly rosters, timesheets and leave documentation for director-level review.
  • Prepare and deliver sales and product analysis reports and executive-ready metrics to inform retail performance and productivity initiatives.
  • Create internal decks and presentations; coordinate agendas and logistical planning for executive store visits, including travel arrangements and Store Factsheet updates.
  • Maintain and update the retail/promotion calendar and store organisation charts to ensure timely internal communication.
  • Coordinate regular communication between retail management and cross-functional teams and arrange retail meetings and related administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail operations, store support or a related function; experience within fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and quantitative retail analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines with superior follow-through.
  • Collaborative team player with initiative and a strong customer-service orientation.

Experience

Preferably at least 3 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, store administration or retail analytics, ideally within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
