Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee retail store operations and performance metrics across assigned territory
• Lead and develop high-performing regional teams, fostering coaching and mentoring relationships
• Drive sales growth and achieve store-level financial targets within the district
• Implement brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines consistently across all locations
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize promotional strategies and inventory allocation
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with store managers and regional stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and loss prevention protocols
• Conduct regular store visits, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent leadership role in fashion retail or luxury goods
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple retail locations and drive consistent business performance
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience recruiting, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable store-level initiatives
• Proficiency in retail analytics, point-of-sale systems, and business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Knowledge of current retail trends, omnichannel commerce, and consumer behavior in luxury fashion

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive management experience in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a regional or area management capacity overseeing multiple store locations. Experience with luxury or premium retail brands is highly valued. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and successfully managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA or advanced retail management certification is desirable but not required.
